Business Magazine Wirtschaftswoche ranks Steinbach & Partner as Top Consultancy

What kind of service is most valuable to middle-size businesses? A new study, conducted by Service Value and Wirtschaftswoche, shows Steinbach & Partner as one of the top 3 HR consultancies.
The survey asked 18907 middle-sized companies about their key factors regarding purchase decisions, amongst others for their choice of HR consulting. The focus was not only on price but also on customer satisfaction, consulting quality and expertise.
The customer satisfaction with service offers increased throughout the past three years. “There is a positive reception of price/value”, says Claus Dethloff (Managing Director of ServiceValue). While cost is not the main criteria: “Particularly service quality and competent staff are most relevant for customer loyalty” resumes Claus Dethloff.
