"Digital Isn't Software, It's a Mindset!"

Expanding network with leaders and enabling them to exchange experience about the implementation of „Digital Leadership“ – this was the main topic of the 2nd Round Table „Leadership Development 4.0“, that Steinbach & Partner facilitated on March 12th, 2018 at the Airport Club Frankfurt.

Since 2013 Key-Note-Presenter Maximilian von Löbbecke, Managing Director of 365farmnet drives  disruptive innovation for the CLASS group, a leading manufacturer of agricultural engineering equipment. He highlighted the key success factor „human being “ Digital Isn't Software, It's a Mindset!” (Aaron Dignan). According to Maximilian, digital transformation requires fundamentally different ways of thinking and acting, starting from top-level management all the way down to each associate. After his presentation a lively discussion ensued.
As already covered in our previous Round Table, the following main topics as basis for judging an organisation’s maturation level with respect to Leadership 4.0 quality were discussed:

4. Work multidisciplinary
