Steinbach & Partner signs the Diversity Charter “Charta der Vielfalt” visibly committing to an appreciative and unbiased working environment.

The Charter of Diversity is an initiative to promote diversity in companies and institutions under the auspices of the German Chancellor Angela Merkel.

With the signing, Steinbach & Partner is sending out a clear signal of diversity and tolerance in the world of work and signals the appreciation of all employees and candidates in the consulting process, regardless of their gender identity, nationality, ethnic origin, religion or belief, disability, age, and sexual orientation and identity.

"We know from long experience that diversity of teams and management structures leads to better, quicker, and more attractive teams and companies. Increased agility, more diverse and disruptive ideas, and less intercultural issues, make diverse teams better equipped to deal with the modern, global, business world", says Noriko Takagi, one of Steinbach & Partner's Managing Partners. "With the signing of the Diversity Charter, we are recognizing how important diversity is in the business world.”

Steinbach & Partner itself has long worked in diverse teams across continents. Astrid Hansen, who is based in the office in Bad Homburg in Germany, states that this is a plus not only for the company, but also for the employees personally: "I find it enriching to work with people who have a different cultural background, for example, and it is fun. There is a lot to learn from each other."

At ten locations worldwide, Steinbach & Partner has approx. 30 employees working together on international and national HR consulting projects, with a focus on Executive Search, Assessments, and Coaching and Trainings on topics such as Leadership 4.0, Intercultural Management, Hiring Better, as well as Coaching and Outplacements.
