Noriko Takagi

Noriko Takagi is Managing Partner and one of the owners at Steinbach & Partner. She is the founder of the Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Tokyo offices. Passionate about leadership, she has many years of experience in human resources management in Europe and Asia, primarily in executive recruitment, leadership assessments, and coaching executives and teams.

Since 2022, she is also a member of the board for the Chinese subsidiary of a German family-owned company.

Before joining Steinbach & Partner, Noriko worked for Kienbaum Group, a renown HR consulting firm in Germany and was one of the youngest lecturers at the Ruhr University in Bochum.

Born and raised in Japan, she has lived in the USA, Germany, Singapore, and China. She speaks fluent English, German, and Japanese, and basic Mandarin.
