Maike Maaß is a consultant at Steinbach & Partner. She has many years of project experience in the field of Executive Search and a broad range of knowledge across various industries like automotive, manufacturing, FMCG, banking, insurance, consulting as well as medical devices and health care. After her education as a foreign language correspondent and business economist (HED) for European Management in Hanover, she started her career at Eric Salmon & Partners, initially as a Team Assistant and Office Manager, and later as International Senior Researcher. In this role, she moved into HR and process consulting at AutoVision GmbH, a subsidiary of VW AG, where she was in charge of Executive Search for the global group.

Maike Maaß speaks German and English and has basic knowledge of French and Spanish.
