Modern, digital, and innovative: Steinbach & Partner has been awarded ‘Employer of the Future’

Following a multi-stage analysis process, Steinbach & Partner received the Employer of the Future award. Employers of the future are modern and digital, innovative, and provide modern working conditions. These aspects are particularly attractive to young, highly qualified employees and important for the future viability of companies.

The initiative "Employer of the Future" is conducted under the patronage of Brigitte Zypris, former Federal Minister of Economics, on the initiative of the "DUP UNTERNEHMER-Magazin" and the German Institute for Sustainability and Digitalisation (DIND). All participating companies go through a multi-stage analysis process on the topics of modern leadership, innovative strength, status of digital transformation, employee friendliness, and strategies for recruiting. In the end, Steinbach & Partner was able to convince with a modern appearance and pioneering answers to current questions and is thus one of the flagships of the German SME sector.
