Leadership 4.0 – Our Successful C-Suite Round Table

Steinbach & Partner recently hosted on 4th July 2017 in Frankfurt, a round table with C-suite leaders from different industries to share thoughts on new ways to lead and stay tuned with the industry 4.0 evolution.

Prof. Dr. Remdisch, currently teaching at Stanford University and at Leuphana University, shared with us the ongoing changes in the industry and the latest cases from Silicon Valley. We opened the round with a question,

“Where do you see your organisation today, with a strong leadership culture of expertocracy, or fostering a learning organisation across ranks and functions?”

Most participants were Managing Directors from manufacturing companies and had questions on how to balance expertise and learning space to lead businesses where technical expertise played the major role in the past.
