Liliana Herrera is Consultant at Steinbach & Partner. She manages projects in Mexico, Brazil, and the US. She advises international and local companies on executive search, leadership assessment, and talent development. For more than 30 years she has consulted clients from various branches like automotive, chemical, and international trading, as well as financial institutions.
Before joining Steinbach & Partner she worked as an HR Manager at Babcock and Hoechst Celanese Group where she gained many years of experience in international and intercultural projects.
She studied psychology and obtained a further degree in organizational development and Human Resources. Born and raised in Mexico, today she is based in Mexico City.
She is fluent in Spanish and English.
