NEW COMPETENCE CENTRE: CHINESE BUSINESS GERMANY

Steinbach & Partner clients benefit from our international and intercultural orientation: our offices in Asia and Europe interlink closer.

Ting Kang joined us as a senior consultant and leads the currently established competence centre, Chinese Business. She advises Chinese and international companies running businesses in China or Europe on their people decisions. Working from the Steinbach office in Bad Homburg (near Frankfurt) in Germany, she will also be part of the team in Shanghai which is successful in China since 2008.

We make the next step in working even closer within our international networks, says Dr. Oliver Geb, one of the Managing Partners. Our clients will profit from the expertise Ting is offering as an experienced consultant, as well as from her being at home in China and in Germany. Noriko Takagi, also Managing Partner at Steinbach & Partner, points out that clients in countries all over Asia will benefit, too. Ms Takagi is responsible for the East and South East Asia Region and leads our offices in Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Tokyo.

Ting Kang studied German language with a focus on economics in Dalian, China, then continued her studies with a masters degree in Germany. She speaks fluent English, German, and Mandarin. She joined Steinbach & Partner in 2017, having previously worked in executive search for many years. Most recently, she worked as a Regional Business Manager with a focus on Chinese business, and placed multiple senior leaders in both Europe and Greater China.
